Hello, my name is Manny Ruiz Aguayo, I have been in the business 7 and a half years now and I
love helping customers find the vehicle of their dreams. It makes me happy to see our clients

I have been with Ray Skillman for about a year and a half and handle our bankruptcy
department. My background has been in sales, marketing, and customer service for the last 17
years. I realize the car buying experience can be stressful for some people, I enjoy making people
feel at ease and comfortable when they come to our team to purchase. I genuinely enjoy helping
people and making a difference!

Hi there! My name is Heather Harmon and I work as a special finance marketer for Ray
Skillman Ford and Southside Hyundai. I truly enjoy being able to showcase my 9 plus years of
customer service experience as well as building excellent rapport with our customers. I have a
passion for meeting new people and listening to their stories, it encourages us to place ourselves
in each other’s shoes and provides wonderful life lessons. What I appreciate most about our
special finance team is, regardless of your situation we are a team working to achieve the same

Hello! My name is Kristin and I have been working in the automotive industry for over 5 years. I
started as a part-time marketer, service cashier, and photographer and worked my way to being a
full-time marketer on the sales floor within a year! It has been my pleasure helping customers in
all credit situations find a vehicle that fits their needs. Our special finance team is devoted to
helping people along all walks of life get into vehicles and re-establish their credit! We hope to

In May of 2017, I started the Woollacott Approval Team in conjunction with Ray Skillman Ford
and Southside Hyundai and the Used Car Supercenter to offer customers around the
Indianapolis/Greenwood area an auto buying experience that allows transparency to the needed
tools customers requires when shopping for a vehicle in today’s age. I have over 38 years of
customer service coupled with over 22 years in the automotive industry. I pledge to each of our
